This is not a method course.
It is a course about judgement.

Many people try to identify their “constitution”.
Am I cold?
Am I heaty?
Am I deficient?
Am I damp?
Sometimes people even say:
“I feel like I have every constitution.”
But the real difficulty is not identifying a label.
The real difficulty is knowing:
When should we act, and when should we pause.
Constitution Is Not a Label
Constitution in Chinese medicine was never meant to be a label.
It does not simply tell you
“what type of person you are”.
Instead, constitution describes a LONG-TERM TENDENCY
in how the body behaves.
Because many symptoms
are not long-term tendencies.
They are simply TEMPORARY STATES.
The Real Problem
Most people:
Try to fix symptoms
But real clinical thinking is:
1️⃣ Understand tendency
2️⃣ Identify current state
3️⃣ Make judgement
4️⃣ Then apply method

LONG-TERM TENDENCY vs TEMPORARY STATE
One of the most important skills in clinical thinking
is learning to distinguish between:
Long-Term Tendency
and
Temporary State
Most people are not lacking effort.
They are applying the wrong strtegy
to the wrong situation.
This is why many well-intentioned health practices
sometimes make things more complicated.
This is not a course that tells you what to do.
This is a course that teaches you when NOT to act.
Instead, it introduces a way of thinking.
Because before asking:
“What should I do?”
We first need to ask:
“What kind of situation am I actually in?”
Learning to pause and evaluate
is often the first step
toward clearer health decisions.
Sometimes the most helpful action
is simply to pause.
